Designed for ISP contractors and technicians, the experience drops learners into a lifelike job site where a damaged fiber optic network is impacting service—and it’s their responsibility to bring it back online. The goal: turn complex, high‑stakes procedures into a safe, repeatable, and engaging training flow that scales across teams and locations.

The simulation walks participants through the entire repair workflow, from arrival on site and initial safety checks to locating faults, prepping cables, and performing precise fiber splicing. Voice‑guided tutorials and contextual prompts keep trainees oriented without breaking immersion, while interactive tools and digital twins of real equipment teach proper handling and sequence. Gamified elements—such as scoring, progression, and scenario-based challenges—reinforce best practices and encourage technicians to refine their performance over multiple runs.

Behind the scenes, Kinemeric designed and developed the experience specifically for enterprise deployment on Meta Quest 2, implementing spatial interaction design, UX/UI flows, and 3D field environments that accurately reflect Millennium’s workflows.
