Lindus Construction partnered with Kinemeric to modernize how their sales team learns, practices, and improves. Traditional onboarding methods couldn’t replicate the unpredictability and emotional nuance of real customer conversations. We built Lindus Reality, a VR-based training experience that lets new reps practice the full sales journey—from introduction to inspection to closing—with lifelike AI-driven homeowners powered by the OpenAI Realtime API.
These embodied AI agents respond naturally, ask questions, raise objections, and adapt to each trainee’s approach, creating realistic conversations that feel genuinely human. The result is a safe, repeatable environment where sales reps can build confidence, refine messaging, and develop the instincts needed in the field.
A built-in analytics layer captures transcripts, highlights key behaviors, and provides structured scoring so trainers can track progress and coach more effectively.
